Admission
We understand that admission into a school is one of the most important decisions parents make for their children. Bhaktivedanta school combines excellence in modern education with spiritual values and leadership to ensure the best future for your children. Our admission process is straightforward, as shown below. Admission inquiry can be done by contacting our school coordinator (see the Contact Us page). If you would like to go ahead with the admission process, there are two ways this can be done:
1) electronic submission of admission form and documents after online payment of fees, or
2) physical submission of form, fees and documents. Electronic submission can be done through this webpage (see below). To submit physical copies, please contact our school coordinator.
Required Documents:
1. Photo of child
2. Copy of child's birth certificate
3. Copy of father's (or mother's) aadhar card
4. Copy of father's (or mother's) PAN card. 80G tax benefit can be obtained for this PAN.
5. Copy of address proof (electricty bill, passport copy etc; if aadhar address and current address are different)
6. Latest report card (if applicable)
7. Transfer certificate (if applicable)
Age Eligibility & Fee Structure
1. The age of the prospective student, as on 30th September of the academic year, for which the admission is sought. As per NEP-2020, the child must be at least 6 years old if admission is sought in 1st grade.
2. Additional charges will be applicable for Transportation, Books, Uniform sets, Co-curricular Activities and Remedial Classes (if required).
3. Admission fee includes Rs 4000 towards infrastructure development fund, Rs 2000 towards STEAM lab development fund and Rs 1000 educational resource development fund
4. Your child may be eligible for a scholarship if they are from a low-income family. Please contact the school coordinator for more information on this.
5. Sibling discount 20%
Transportation will be available for children at additional cost. Inquiry can be made through your local school coordinator or using the contact details given in the Contact Us page on this website.

Uniform
Bhaktivedanta school uniform
Parents must ensure that their children are dressed in proper uniform when they send the children to school. Students must be dressed neatly in the prescribed school uniform at all times in the school, during examinations, on organized tours and on any other school-related occasions. School uniform is mandatory on all days - irrespective of birthdays or any other events.
Bhaktivedanta School Traditional Uniform
Once a week, our students will be observing Traditional Day, during which they will participate in various Vedic and spiritual practices as part of our cultural enrichment program. On this day, all students are expected to come dressed in traditional attire. Boys should wear a white dhoti-kurta or kurta-pyjama. Please note that this uniform will not be provided by the school but can be conveniently purchased from local shops or through online platforms such as Amazon.
